“We originally worked with Rich in 2012 to purchase our first house. Through the years, Rich has remained a valued partner as we discussed a few different scenarios to sell that house and buy a new house. Rich was always attentive, informative, and solution-minded. When we decided in early 2020 to seriously consider the sell/buy process, we did not even consider choosing an agent other than Rich. We began our process in the pre-COVID days and Rich provided us with a slew of great options to view. Rich is a great resource while touring homes as he points out things that we would likely not even have noticed (a seller had soft music playing, which was calming and created a great dynamic. Rich identified that the music was masking substantial road noise!). As we moved through the COVID lock down, Rich remained in touch with us and kept us aware as the situation changed and listings would be possible again. After we identified our future home, Rich was by our sides as we worked through the negotiation process. He was both aware of the situation and our goals and careful to ensure that we were working towards a deal on the house that was beneficial and fair to both parties. For the sale of our existing home, Rich was detailed in giving us specific ideas of slight changes to make in the house. I am convinced that these changes, along with Rich's knowledge of the local market, allowed us to sell the house on the first day of showings. Importantly, we received multiple offers and Rich guided us through how to review the offers and see beyond just the highest dollar amount. Through the escrow process for both homes, Rich remained involved to ensure a smooth process (both homes closed on the estimated closing date). As stated, we returned to work with Rich on our second home purchase because of the great experience that we had with our first purchase. We do not regret this decision at all. Highly recommended!”
