“This one might be lengthy. I am so beyond grateful for Mr. Clous and the team over at Eastwood. My family and I moved back here after unfortunate injuries from the Army that lead to a 30 day med board and 100% disabled status. It was very rapid and as many of you know homes in the area are very hard to find. I went to Eastwood to see my options. Well we took a look at my credit and yeah I could have gotten approved through the VA loan but instead Mr. Clous suggested we work with Mr Potes who is the credit specialist for 4 months so we could get the best rates possible. He let us move in to the home with a contracted agreement between us. Their is a lot of risk involved in doing something like on his side but he did it without any hesitation.
